Although we (hopefully) put food into our mouths, statistics prove that when your plate is aesthetically pleasing, it tastes better.



Why is it that when I order the same meal at a restaurant that I had made in my kitchen a few weeks prior, it tastes sooo much better? Beauty. We are attracted to our version of beauty in all material aspects of life, and this same concept applies to food. Chefs study at length not only culinary concepts, but also, culinary design.
